Episode II: Raging Torrent
Three accomplished whitewater kayakers venture deep within Ecuador’s vast Llanganates National Park to attempt the first whitewater descent of the Chalupas River. With no map, guide, and only one point of emergency access to the outside world, the athletes must rely on one another to navigate the river’s uncompromising terrain.
Episode III: Reaching for the Sky
Two professional climbers travel to Kyrgyzstan’s Ak-Su Valley to attempt a route on Pik Slesova that has never been successfully free climbed by a single individual. But the partners’ dream mission is jeopardized by a COVID-19 diagnosis.
Episode IV: The Great Unknown
Two professional surfers travel to Africa’s West Coast in hopes of establishing its raw, untouched coastline as the next big wave surf location. Forced to be entirely self-sufficient due to the remote nature of their locale, the team tracks the swell, monitors the conditions, and dodges unexpected storms in search of untapped, world-class breaks.
