In a Naked Exchange, mother Libby and Lauren have an honest conversation about childbirth and their post-partum experiences. The body-confident champions in the Naked Brigade are helping Hannah overcome her childhood demons and defy the negativity she endured growing up for being `too tall”.

Yinka Bokinni and Dr Alex George talk to boys about body image - from muscles to penis size. And nine-year-old Luke meets fellow quad amputee Alex for an inspiring exchange.

Yinka Bokinni and Dr Alex George get the teens thinking about the pros and cons of cosmetic surgery. And the Naked Brigade head to a swimming lake in Surrey to help Zoe reconnect with her body.

In an important Naked Exchange, Lauren and Rosy discuss their experiences with body dysmorphia. And an all-male Naked Brigade help Ben, whose desire for a perfect physique is taking over his life.
