Now that she's a saleswoman, Diana sets out after Jonas. Amelia and Jonñas' attraction has become apparent to almost everyone and the rumor is spreading. Unlike Amelia, Mateo is ambitious to fill Diana's vacant position and asks Michelle for help to prepare a presentation that will convince Gervasio. Pascualina, Lola and Remedios suspect Justina when they find out she hasn't left the store for three days.

Amelia debuts as assistant manager, Jonás tries to get closer, but fearing the gossip, she remains cold. A famous "influencer" presents her book in the store, Lola is a fan and seeks to replicate her motivation with Michelle. The death of an old customer inside the store causes Gervasio to suffer an existential crisis and a fight between the employees over the chair where he died. Diana continues that they dare to let her make up.
The Protest
Gervasio, fed up with Don Güero's influence over employees and customers, manages to get the authorities to take away his taco stand and the taco maker arrested. To counter it, Jonás incites his companions to a protest, Amelia is the first to join and later, horrified by what he has done, even Gervasio participates in it. Darío, the group's HR manager, arrives at the almost empty store to talk with the protestant leaders. Mateo does everything possible to get Darío's attention, but Darío only thinks of him for the most unpleasant tasks.

Amelia and Jonas set out to make Byron, who shows up to work while Michelle is on leave, a model employee.
