Female detective Hannah Maes leads a police squad, specialized in sexual offenses. A smaller, but important part of the story is about the private quest of Hannah. She investigates a past robbery at her home and the subsequent brutal rape of her mother.

When a porn star reveals that she has tested HIV positive, it's a race against time for Hannah and the team to discover who is spreading the virus among performers in the local adult film industry.
Young Talent
When DVDs containing child pornography are found among some rubbish in a derelict house, the detectives recognise a young singing star in one of them and her manager soon falls under suspicion.
Old Love
When a respectable married man is found mutilated on the banks of a canal, it emerges that he was leading a double life, and Hannah's team are confronted with some strange relationships and intrigues.
30-Love
When a woman reluctantly reports a rape 16 days after the event, she can't describe the perpetrator. Hannah suspects that she may be lying, but then another woman is attacked in the same location.
World of Glass (1)
The red-light district is in turmoil when a prostitute is attacked with a knife and injured. She soon blames an aggressive pimp who had demanded 40 per cent of her earnings just the week before.
World of Glass (2)
A new and even more serious incident means the team must re-evaluate all lines of inquiry in the case of the attacks on prostitutes. Hannah's private investigation takes her to Campo Santo cemetery.
