

Life with Derek is a Canadian television sitcom that aired on Family and VRAK.TV in Canada and on Disney Channel in the United States. The series premiered on Family on September 18, 2005, and ran for four seasons, ending its run on March 25, 2009. The series starred Michael Seater and Ashley Leggat as the two oldest children in a stepfamily. It ended with 70 episodes and one spin-off television film, entitled Vacation with Derek.

The Fall
When Casey humiliates herself by falling on top of her new classmates in the school hall, right in front of Derek's best friend Sam (Kit Weyman) on whom she has a crush, Casey gets the embarrassing nick name: Klutzilla.
The Party
When Casey and Derek's parents decide to go away for the weekend, Casey and Derek must convince their parents that they can be trusted to take care of Edwin, Lizzie and the house without a babysitter, but Derek has other plans!
Puppy Dog Tails

Grade-Point: Average

The Wedding
As Aunt Fiona's wedding planner, Casey strives to make the ceremony and reception absolutely perfect and hitch-free, but things start to go wrong when Casey's cousin---and archrival---Vicky (Sarah Gadon) interferes. The Poxfather
Derek makes Casey an offer she can't refuse. She agrees to run his highly profitable school-based business in exchange for a new cell phone and a more desirable locker location while he's at home recovering from chicken pox.
House of Games
Casey engages in a high-stakes game of chance against the master of cheating siblings, Derek; and George finds himself in hot water for mentioning his ex's name during a heated argument with Nora.
Marti the Monster
Nora and George need a babysitter for an upcoming day trip and Derek ends up being left in charge of Marti who has fun terrorizing him as he tries to impress the new girl from school, Sandra (Claire Hewlett).
Sweet Misery
When Derek flips the TV remote at Casey causing her to hurt her ankle, Casey decides to return the favor and make Derek really suffer
Babe Raider
Offended by the video game Babe Raider, Casey decides to counter the sexist male attitude in the house by coming up with a set of feminist house rules.
All Systems No Go
Chaos in the house prompts Casey to implement some basic house rules. Meanwhile with Nora away at a retreat, George needs to enlist everyone's help to organize the book club happening in their house that night.
Male Code Blue
A budding romance between Casey and Sam seems to have little chance of growing after Derek informs Sam of the “male code,” which prevents friends from dating their best friend's siblings. Elsewhere, Nora and George take a quiz to determine how well they know their kids.
