Danger! 50,000 Volts!
Danger! 50,000 Volts! is a 2002 British television programme written and presented by Nick Frost, which presented viewers with various life-threatening scenarios and suggested ways out of these situations. The show was a spoof of the outdoors survival genre in which survival experts demonstrated how to improvise solutions to dangerous problems. A feature of the series was the clever and humorous use of 'danger' iconography in the graphic design of segment titles, further identifying the show with the British tradition of stoic resolve in the face of overwhelming odds. In the DVD release of the programme, a 30 minute spin-off episode called Danger! 50,000 Zombies! is included as an extra. This episode saw Frost paired up with Dr. Russell Fell, as they dealt with the situation of a zombie outbreak and what one should do in this situation. In 2003 there was a second season made called "Danger! Incoming Attack!"

Nick learns how to catch an alligator; how to survive a parachute failure; how to clear a minefield; how to rescue a victim of impalement; learns the safety position to adopt if at risk of being struck by lightning; and how to survive icy water.
Episode Two
Nick learns how to survive in the desert without water; how best to position yourself in a plummeting lift; how to sort out frostbite; how to deal with baseball bat-wielding thugs; how to survive a tornado if there is no cover; and how to survive an enraged grizzly bear.
Episode Three
Nick learns from wildlife biologist Tom Condie how to escape a komodo dragon; how to rescue a hostage; how to survive if you lose a hand; how to survive an earthquake; what to do if your car has crashed into a lake; and how to fashion a sled to escape a frozen wilderness.
Episode Four
How to survive heat exhaustion; how to survive a forest fire; how to avoid a vehicular kidnapping; how to survive a snake bite; how not to sink in quicksand; and how best to avoid and survive a sinking ship.
