Open tryouts draw hopefuls from around the globe as fresh faces go up against seasoned veterans for a coveted spot. Off the mat, sidelined star Bruney’s cheer career may be over as she anxiously awaits medical clearance. And flyer Ashleigh must endure a chaotic driving lesson from her twin sister Jenna and roommate Knoxy.
Standing Out and Fitting In
Coach Ali’s new team is experiencing growing pains. But, there’s no time to work through the kinks because the newly minted Sharks are off to the exclusive Hot Shots skills camp in Miami. It’s their first ever invite and Ali’s expectations are sky-high. In the end, it will all come down to the highlight of Hot Shots – the individual skills competitions. Can the team overcome a string of errors, falls and missteps and prove they can compete with cheer’s superstar elite? Meanwhile, the newest Shark Dani joins the team and attempts to fit in on and off the mat. And veteran Power must make a life changing career decision.
Summer Heat
It’s the middle of the summer and the heat is on The Great White Sharks. By the end of the week one athlete will be removed from roster and placed on the alternates list. Coach Ali announces she will make her decision after the team performs together for the first time in front of thousands of people at a professional football game. Off the mat, Twins Ashleigh and Jenna reluctantly agree to a blind date.
Showcase Showdown
Bruney and her mom clash when she moves out, Becca attempts to surprise her boyfriend and the team struggles to prepare their routine in time to reveal it to the world at a major showcase.
Stage Fright
A blow out between Coach Ali and her veterans, a shocking injury and a rink full of distractions threatens to ruin the Sharks first competition of the season.
Desperate Measures
With a big showcase looming, Ali recruits a former star, the veterans take teambuilding to the extreme and the bickering Twins attempt to help Nubs prepare for her prom.

The Sharks are in Dallas defending their title at one of the world's largest cheer events while the Twins challenge Knoxy to their own high stakes competition and Dani is surprised by some unexpected guests.
Romance and Retribution
The Sharks face an old rival at Nationals while Nubs finds new love on a blind date. LA surprises her boyfriend Josh with an extravagant gift and the gesture backfires.
