Episode 1
Christian Summer celebrates his birthday with a big party. Jacob, the youngest son is home from Africa with his family. All of a sudden Christian collapses and is rushed to the hospital. The oldest son Adam has to run the practice alone, while Christian is hospitalized.
Episode 2
Jacob takes over Christian's patients to help Adam and discovers lots of errors in the Christian records. Adam flirts with Anna, and Mille finally tells Jacob that she is pregnant.
